We are seeking a qualified individual to join our growing company as part of our Technical Support Team. This position is based out of our Albuquerque, New Mexico Regional Support Center and requires travel primarily throughout the southwestern United States.

To be considered, candidates should have a basic understanding of electrical systems and components, mechanical capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

This position requires overnight travel and a clean driving record. Responsibilities will include in-shop and field equipment updates and maintenance, deployment and programming of portable traffic signals in work zones, providing technical training and phone and jobsite technical support to our customers as well as after-hours phone support.

The successful candidate will receive extensive training and ongoing support from our Reading, Pennsylvania based manufacturing facility and headquarters. This position includes company vehicle, expense account, health, dental, life insurance, and paid vacation time. The position’s salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
