We are seeking a qualified individual to join our growing company as part of the Production Team. This is full time day shift position culminating in 40-hour work week.

This position requires a basic skill level in the use of standard tools, moderate lifting, and desire to learn and grow with our organization. Responsibilities include assembly of our products, equipment maintenance and the ability to work in a team environment. This is an entry level position with room to grow.

The successful candidate will receive extensive training and ongoing support. This position includes seasonal overtime, annual reviews, paid vacation, personal days, 401K & profit sharing, health, dental and life insurance.

To be considered, candidates should have a basic understanding of electrical systems and components, mechanical capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

This position requires overnight travel and a clean driving record. Responsibilities will include in-shop and field equipment updates and maintenance, deployment and programming of portable traffic signals in work zones, providing technical training and phone and jobsite technical support to our customers as well as after-hours phone support.

The successful candidate will receive extensive training and ongoing support from our Reading, Pennsylvania based manufacturing facility and headquarters. This position includes company vehicle, expense account, health, dental, life insurance, and paid vacation time. The position’s salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
